Coffee Beans has an open rehearsal in the café of the church Sjömanskyrkan on MONDAY 24 MAY, 19-20 . Come and drink a cup of coffee and listen to us. We will sing a mix of our repertoire and summer sing-alongs!
NEWS 2010-04-22: COFFEE BEANS SINGS IN THE CASTLE
Coffee Beans will perform at Gävle Castle om Walpergis Night. We have been invited by governor Barbro Holmberg to perform and mingle.
We are really happy to be invited and to get the chance to sing in Gävles Castle.

NEWS 2009-12-22: A SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE!!
Our Christmas concert in Heliga Trefaldighets Church in Gävle was very successful! Lots of people in the audience, and the knowledge that 70-80 000 radio listeners heard us made this concert a very special adventure for Coffee Beans Show Chorus. We had loads of fun and thank everybody again that we were given this opportunity!

The Christmas Chorus of the year competition has got a winner!!
Coffee Beans from Gävle won the title and will be singing in Heliga Trefaldighets Church in Gävle live on radio on 21:st December at 17h00.

NEWS 2009-10-30: Vazir Varité
Vazir presents the two culture agents Jeanque & Le Mique who together with the musicians in Bootcut and the master of sound, Per Samuelsson offers a new, curious variety show at Gävle Theatre. Live music, funny out-of-the-box variety performances, guest artists and french berets. Tickets are found in Gävle Theatre and on Ticnet.se: 8, 9, 15, 16 january.

NEWS 2009-08-18: Open chorus repetition !!
Monday 24'th August at 19-20h we are having an open chorus rehearsal which anyone who is interested in singing with Coffee Beans can attend. We will inform about membership, auditions, etc.
NEWS 2009-06-19: Chorus competition on "Östra Berget" in Söderhamn!
Coffee Bean Show Chorus is taking part in the chorus competition thar are to be held during the "Trivselkvällarna" in Söderhamn on Thursdays in July. On Thursday 9'th of July we will meet on chorus, and both choruses sings two songs each. If we win - and we will .... - on Thursday 23'rd of July the finals will be held !!! COME AND SEE US !!!

The result in the Small Chorus category - up to 30 members.
Coffee Beans got 3:rd place and was rewarded a diploma, which also required a result of 400 points.

NEWS 2009-05-07: Time for competition!
After a hectic winter and spring, with many and long rehearsals before our jubilee show, we are now looking forward to the Barbershop competitions in Västerås!
Several weeks of drilling of two of the melodies we sang in the show that we now are singing in the competitions, and everything now feels as good as can be. The clothes are sewn, new makeup, jewellery and other accessories are packed and ready.
Tomorrow, the gang goes to Aros Congress Center to cheer on all the quartets. Our hearts pound a little extra for the quartet Remedy, who have their roots in Coffee Beans! On Saturday Coffee Beans competes as third chorus, and then we have plenty of time to listen to the rest of the choruses.
So, the convention starts on Friday with quartet competitions, and on Saturday you can see the chorus competitions. Tickets can be bought at Aros Congress Center.

Three fantastic performances!!
Coffee Bean Show Chorus celebrated 11 active barbershop years with a jubilee show on 4-5 April at "Spegeln" in Gävle. The show also included a hilarious guest performance by the French cultur agents
Jeanque & Le Mique! Success with the public including laughter and many happy outcries. The Sunday performance was crowded and a fantastic closing of the show!
